"Rollerskating" is the first half of the sixth episode of Oswald in broadcast order and the first half of the first episode of the series in production order. It premiered in the United States on August 27, 2001.

Henry states to Oswald that he doesn't think rollerskating is safe, later he sees Oswald in the fountain and thinks that he is taking a swim in it and says that that is much safer than rollerskating, depending on your point of view, rollerskating can actually be dangerous and most likely other people can think that too as you really have to take it "slow and steady" according to what Henry said.
It's possible that Henry was hiding the fact that he doesn't know how to rollerskate as shown in the credits for this episode where he's seen struggling keeping up with his skates and has Oswald come back to help him.
Before Oswald goes rollerskating, he puts his helmet on without taking off his hat.
This is the first episode where Oswald falls into the fountain, the second will be The Biggest Wish. As well as the first episode this happens to any character, the second will be Henry Needs a Haircut.
A running gag in this episode, Daisy zips past Oswald and Weenie really fast while rollerskating.
